New Annual Conference Website
Led transition to a2z microsite for HFMA’s 2018 Annual Conference as a pilot project to inform the organization’s larger website and membership model redesign and to as a tactic to help this product align to messaging strategy and achieve revenue goals. My role included:
Selection of bootstrap template and worked with designers at a2z and HFMA to implement design
Project management of website launch with HFMA cross teams
Project management for registration phase launch with HFMA cross teams
Production and maintenance of all pages, including hand-coded homepage
Development of site map and navigation strategy throughout project
